Happy December! Despite the cool weather we’ve gotten for the past couple weeks, it is oddly warm today in Houston, Texas. Nevertheless, it is the 1st of December, and the holiday season has official begun! For me, that means it is time to turn on “What I Want for Christmas is You” by Mariah Carey and crank up the oven for some holiday baking!
I made these brownies, just a couple hours ago, literally on a whim. I was craving chocolate, and I was too lazy to follow a formal recipe. So I used bit of creativity and mixed a little bit of this with a little bit of that, not knowing how the brownies would turn out. To my surprise, these were a big hit! My family and neighbors really enjoyed them.
No one suspected that these are flourless, keto, sugar-free, and healthy! Like I said, I was feeling lazy today, so of course, they’re super easy to make on a whim.
Easy to make with less than 5 ingredients, these keto flourless brownies will become your holiday and year-round staple.
